Traveling as Couple
Requested non-smoking room but got smoking, even though the hotel was supposedly non-smoking. Cigarette burns on bathtub. All of our clothing now smells like smoke. Room was dirty. No elevator in hotel. Staff was very slow. Staff member gave us the wrong directions to the hotel. Check-in and check-out were very slow. No effort to make our stay better.
